ClimbFIT is High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) designed to help climbers to prevent plateaus, improve cardiovascular and muscular endurance, develop lean muscle, and burn fat, all in less than 45 minutes. Everything that a climber needs to stay healthy and strong.
Each session will begin with a warm up and will then move into a series of resistance training exercises to build general strength and flexibility. Expect to focus on all-around core strength, hip flexibility and shoulder stability.
If you want to improve your climbing performance, overall fitness, get workout ideas, learn more about how to exercise effectively, or just want to find fun in your workouts then this program is for you. ClimbFIT training allows each person to exercise at an individualized level of intensity, so all levels and abilities are welcome!
