RedFlag is a high intensity strength circuit
that teaches climbers to stay “fully immersed in the activity at hand” (the principle definition of flow). During the 45-minute RedFlag session, you may use any combination of body weight, Bosu Balls, exercise balls, resistance bands, kettlebells, boxes or steps in rotation with climbing the treadwall.
Inspired by the “Red flag days” practiced by Dan Gable and the University of Iowa wrestling team. We may not match that legendary intensity and toughness, but this class will push you to the edge of fitness regardless of your climbing experience level.

Ages 14 and older, All fitness levels welcome as exercises can be adapted.
