Birthday Parties

Make your next birthday party an adventure! Celebrate with climbing, games and challenges organized by two Source Staff members.

PARTY PACKAGE:
Available Days & Times:
Saturday 3:30pm to 5:00pm
Sunday, 1:30pm-3pm
Cost: $265 for up to 12 participants (10 is recommended)
What's Included: 1.5 hours of climbing, Harness and Shoe rentals, and 2 staff belayers.
Prerequisites: Climbers must be 4 years of age or older

  • Plan to arrive no more than 10 minutes early for setup. Mezzanine area is open to all gym users until the 1pm start of your event. 
  • Wear socks - Climbing shoes are required on our walls and included with your party package.
*Please note that we are climbing facility with no dedicated party area. A table (60"x30") can be made available upon request to hold cake, pizza, and/or gifts for the optional celebration break, or just keep climbing! Bring your own table cloth if desired.

Remind your guests:
ALL VISITORS (including parents and spectators) must complete a release form and check-in at front desk before entering the facility. Climbers under the age of 18 years of age must have a parent or legal guardian sign their Source Release. 

Capacity/Overbooking: 
Groups exceeding 12 climbers on the day of the event will be responsible for an additional cost of $25 per climber. 

In addition to climbers, please limit the total number of other guests, parents and/or family to 12. 

Custom events are available if your party expects more than 12 climbers. Contact the Source at 360-694-9096 for more info on our regular pricing and options if you expect more than 12 climbers.  

Cancelling or Rescheduling: 
There is a $5 fee to cancel or reschedule. There are no refunds in the event of a no-show.
