FIRST VISIT
FIRST VISIT
We are open to the public all regular hours. Start climbing today with 3 easy steps...
BE INFORMED
Every visitor, including those not climbing, must check in before entering the facility.
Plan a few extra minutes on your first visit to complete your Participant Agreement
and Orientation.
We want everyone entering the facility (climbers, supervising adults, spectators) to be fully informed of the risks. We will also provide an orientation to all first-time visitors. From the newest climber to the most experienced professional, we want to make sure you are familiar with everything our facility has to offer!
IMPORTANT: Climbers under 18 must have their parent read and sign the release. If the parent or guardian will not be present at check-in, please bring a picture or photocopy of the parent’s photo ID for signature verification.

Individual passes are available for walk-ins, classes for those ready to learn, and memberships for regular climbers. Reservations are required only for groups of 7 or more.
View Rates
Many start climbing with a class or single Day Pass. From there, the more you climb, the more you will save. Our 10-Pass
is a great option for returning visitors. Membership
is the best option if you plan to continue climbing once a week or more.
Best time to climb
Peak times change throughout the year. Still, there are a few regular program times you may want to avoid for faster check-in. For example, the mezzanine is unavailable during birthday parties on Saturdays 3:30-5pm and Sundays from 1-3pm, and after-school programs from 4:30-6:30 Mondays through Fridays during the school year.
CLIMB SMART
As you choose from the available bouldering, top ropes and autobelays, and lead climbing; remember these four simple points of the Climbing Wall Association's ClimbSmart!®
program:
- Climbing is Dangerous
- Qualified Instruction Is Required
- Use Equipment According to the Manufacturer’s Instructions
- Your Safety is Your Responsibility
Make sure to ask
for a Belay Check
before using any equipment for top rope or lead climbing. All visitors must use an approved ABD (Assisted Braking Device) type belay device when belaying another climber. You will be required to demonstrate proper equipment use for a staff member. Need a refresher? Check out our classes.

When is the best time to climb?
Busy times change throughout the year. Still, there are a few regular program times you may want to avoid for faster check-in... How old do you have to be to to climb?
We recommend climbers be at least 4-6 years of age. Plan for adequate supervision. We recommend at least one adult (over 18) for every 3 climbers under 12. Climbers must be 14 years or older to climb without an adult present.
