FIRST VISIT

ALL ARE CLIMBERS HERE

Our mission is to each day make a better climbing experience, so let us start by helping you prepare for your first visit.  Thanks for climbing with us!

CHECKING IN

All visitors, including those not climbing, must check in before entering the facility. Plan a few extra minutes on your first visit to complete your Participant Agreement. We want everyone entering the facility (climbers, supervising adults, spectators) to be fully informed of the risks.

IMPORTANT: Climbers under 18 must have their parent read and sign the release.

From there, Individual passes are available for walk-ins, classes for those ready to learn, and memberships for regular climbers.  Reservations are required only for groups of 7 or more.

CLIMBING WITH US

We will also provide an orientation to all first-time visitors. From the newest climber to the most experienced professional, we want to make sure you are familiar with everything our facility has to offer!

And remember to ask for a Belay Check before using any equipment for top rope or lead climbing. All visitors must use an approved ABD (Assisted Braking Device) type belay device when belaying another climber. You will be required to demonstrate proper equipment use for a staff member. Need a refresher? Check out our classes.

GROUP RESERVATIONS

Reservations are needed for groups of 7 or more.

Reservations can only be made during off-peak hours and generally require 2-weeks notice.  We will help you get the most out of your visit with hired staff to help with check-in, orientations and belaying.

Call us at 360-694-9096 for pricing and scheduling.

When is the best time to climb?

Busy times change throughout the year. Still, there are a few regular program times you may want to avoid for faster check-in... For example, the mezzanine is unavailable during birthday parties on Saturdays 3:30-5pm and Sundays from 1-3pm, and after-school programs from 4:30-6:30 Mondays through Fridays.

How old do you have to be to to climb?

We recommend climbers be at least 4-6 years of age. Plan for adequate supervision. We recommend at least one adult (over 18) for every 3 climbers under 12. Climbers must be 14 years or older to climb without an adult present.
